Boho Casino Canada Review

Boho Casino is an offshore casino that accepts Canadian players and operates under an Anjouan licence. It’s a slot-heavy platform with a live games section and a busy bonus calendar that includes regular tournaments and a weekly free-spin lottery. The company behind this brand is Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica and licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission. We registered from Toronto and Vancouver: both accounts opened in Canadian dollars, with Interac in the cashier. Ontario residents should note two things. Our Toronto lobby had no Pragmatic Play games, and support didn’t answer whether Ontario players are accepted.
Boho’s strongest feature for Canadians is Interac for both deposits and withdrawals, with payouts of up to $7,500 a day. The main weaknesses are the $75 minimum withdrawal and the lack of self-service limits.

Boho Casino Quick Verdict

• Best for: Interac users who want the same method for deposits and withdrawals; slot players who like participating in tournaments regularly; players who deposit regularly and will climb up the VIP ladder to benefit from daily cashback.
• Skip if: You’re in Ontario and need a provincially regulated casino; need in-account responsible gambling tools to set your limits yourself; you expect to make small withdrawals.
• Biggest weakness: No responsible gambling tool is available inside the player account.

Boho Casino Background, Licence and Security

Metlait SRL is a company behind a bigger range of online casinos we’ve already reviewed, including NeoSpin and CrocoSlots. Boho’s Canadian site runs under an Anjouan licence.

This makes Boho an offshore casino accepting Canadian players, not a Canadian-licensed one. It does not show any AGCO registration or iGaming Ontario operating agreement. Our Toronto account registered without being blocked, and the terms don’t list any Canadian province as restricted. Even so, support did not answer our question about Ontario.

Licence and Regulation

The Canadian version of Boho Casino operates under Anjouan licence No. ALSI-202509073-FI2. The licence holder is Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica. All these details are displayed in the footer and Terms & Conditions.

Security and Player Protection

The website uses SSL encryption. According to the FAQ section, the game software is certified by iTech Labs, an ISO/IEC 17025 testing lab, for RNG fairness. Players must be at least 18 or meet the legal gambling age where they live – 18 or 19, depending on the province.

The casino requires its players to verify their phone numbers before the first withdrawal. The KYC procedure can include photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method, and statements showing the source of funds. It may take Boho Casino up to 30 working days to review your documents after you’ve submitted them.

The Responsible Gambling policy lists such tools as deposit, loss, and wager limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. However, we found none of these tools inside the account. The only route to set any limit is by contacting the support. Keep in mind that deposit limits and cooling-off may not block crypto deposits.

The Canadian terms also allow the casino to close an account if it detects signs of problem gambling. The Responsible Gaming policy and the terms are fully available in French.

What we like

• Interac e-Transfer works for both deposits and withdrawals, and support confirmed it qualifies for bonuses
• Daily withdrawal limit of $7,500 ($30,000 a month), confirmed by live chat
• Daily VIP cashback of up to 13%, with just 1x wagering
• Loyalty program is transparent – thresholds and rewards are published for all 25 levels

What we don't like

• No self-service responsible gambling tools – limits can be set only through support
• A high minimum withdrawal limit of $75
• Offshore Anjouan licence only, and support didn’t confirm Ontario eligibility
• From Ontario, the lobby loses all Pragmatic Play slots and live games

Overview

Boho Casino Bonus Offers

The first bonus players get here on their first deposit is a three-part welcome pack. Then, the platform offers regular weekly free spins, pre-release spins, a crypto bonus, and VIP cashback of up to 13%. Additionally, players have a weekly lottery and a long list of network tournaments.

To claim each offer, go to the cashier in your account, keep the “Use bonuses” toggle on, type the promo code into the corresponding field, and make a deposit.

Boho Casino Welcome Bonus – Up to $9,750 + 225 Free Spins

• 1st deposit: 100% up to $777 + 100 free spins on Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS (50 per day, over two days), code BOHO
• High Roller 1st deposit: 125% up to $7,500 + 100 free spins on Bonanza Billion, code BOHO
• 2nd deposit: 75% up to $1,500 + 75 free spins on Lady Wolf Moon, code BH75
• 3rd deposit: 50% up to $750 + 50 free spins on Fruit Million, code BH50

The headline figure only adds up if you use the High Roller offer on your first deposit. If you choose the regular path, the maximum welcome pack’s value is $3,027.

We noticed an inconsistency: The Bonus Terms list 77 and 55 spins for the second and third deposits, against 75 and 50 on the promotions page.

Ontario players should note that Big Bass Splash, the game for the third-deposit spins, didn’t appear in our Toronto lobby.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement of 40x the bonus only is easier to clear than the 35x deposit-plus-bonus structures we’ve seen at over 50 other Anjouan licensed casinos. Maxing the first stage of the regular bonus of $777 means placing $31,080 in wagers – that’s roughly 55 hours of play at $1 bet within 5 days. Not realistic even for committed players.

Boho Casino Reload Bonus Offers, Cashback Bonus, and Other Promotions

In addition to recurring offers at Boho Casino, players can take advantage of short themed promos that rotate every few days.

Monday Bonus – Up to 100 Free Spins

Make a deposit on Monday with a code MONDY to receive free spins on Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS. The number of spins depends on your deposit:

• A $30 deposit brings 30 spins
• A $45 deposit brings 60 spins
• A $60 deposit brings 100 spins

Winnings come with a 40x playthrough requirement, which you have to clear within 5 days.

Wednesday Bonus – Up to 100 Free Spins

Depositing on Wednesday with a code SPINS brings up to 100 free spins on Lady Wolf Moon Megaways. The spins count also depends on your deposit size:

• A $30 deposit awards 25 spins
• A $45 deposit provides 50 spins
• A $60 deposit brings 100 spins

Rollover is 40x, validity time is 5 days, just like with the Monday offer.

Game of the Month – Up to 75 Free Spins

This offer is available every day, once per day with a code MONTH. Spins are credited to the Lucky Lager x9990 slot. The tiers are the following:

• Deposits from $75 bring 25 spins
• Deposits from $112.50 bring 50 spins
• Deposits from $150 bring 75 spins

The playthrough requirement drops from 40x to 35x to 30x as the tiers rise.

Pre-Release Free Spins – 30 Spins

Every few days, Boho adds a new pre-release slot with its own promo code, shown on the promotions page. Deposits from at least $45 with that code bring you 30 spins on the new title, with a 35x rollover requirement. Cash-out from the spins is capped at $225.

Crypto Bonus – Up to 1 BTC

Once a day, a crypto deposit of minimum 20 USDT with code CRYPT brings you a 10% match bonus, rising to 25% from 250 USDT. The playthrough is 40x within 3 days.

Daily Cashback – Up to 13%

The cashback rate depends on the VIP tier. Cashback is credited daily, calculated on the previous day’s net losses without a win cap but a $15,000 withdrawal ceiling. The promotions card shows wagering of “x5|x3|x1”, while the VIP Cashback terms say 1x, with 3 days to activate and 3 days to wager.

VIP Reloads – Up to $3,000

Only VIP members can take advantage of these offers, each available from a $150 deposit:

• Ultimate Weekend (code WKEND): 50% up to $3,000 + 50 free spins, every Friday to Sunday, with 30x wagering, 5 days to clear, and a $15 maximum bet
• Midweek Boost (code RICH): 75% up to $1,500, every Wednesday and Thursday, with 30x wagering, 3 days to clear, and a $15 maximum bet
• Tuesday High Bet Free Spins (code GRACE): 50, 75, or 100 spins for deposits of $150, $300, or $600; the terms list both 30x and 20x wagering on the winnings

Weekly Lottery Bonanza – 3,000 Free Spins

Every week, Boho casino draws 3,000 free spins among lottery ticket holders. Prizes range from 10 to 300 spins. The players get tickets for deposits, with bigger deposits making each ticket cheaper. A standard ticket costs $30, but the price drops to $20 if you deposit $150 or more.

Tournaments

Boho joins network events, such as Gates of Olympus 2500 (€1,000,000 in drops) and Book of Billionaire (€1,500,000). Players receive cash prizes in the form of withdrawable money within 72 hours.

Boho Casino VIP and Loyalty Program

Boho casino has two structures: a loyalty ladder based on wagering and a VIP club based on deposits.

The loyalty program consists of 25 levels, and the casino publishes thresholds and rewards for each of them. You earn one point for every $15 wagered on slots, or every $150 on live games (Boho publishes only euro rates). Rewards increase from 5 free spins at level 2 to 300 free spins at level 25, with wagering decreasing from 40x to 5x.

Reaching level 10 (325 points) takes $4,875 in slot bets, roughly 8 hours at $1 a spin. Level 14 needs $30,000 in wagers, and level 21 needs $2.25 million – high-roller territory.

To join the VIP club, you need 100 points a week or 200 points a month. One point is earned for €10 deposited. This means, you have to deposit €1,000 a week or €2,000 a month. There’s also a fast track to Velvet level through making a single deposit of €1,000. At this level, you get a dedicated VIP manager and daily cashback. Point thresholds for Mystic, Oracle, and Sovereign are not published. The VIP page shows its figures in euros only, even on a $ account. Outside the VIP tiers, the terms cap withdrawals at $7,500 a day.

Boho Casino Games and Software Providers

During the testing, we could not confirm the total game count at Boho casino – this figure is not published. From our Toronto account, we counted over 80 studios in the provider filter, including BGaming, Gamzix, Belatra, Betsoft, Playtech, Yggdrasil, PG Soft and Spinomenal. The lobby changes by province, though. In Toronto, Pragmatic Play slots and live games didn’t appear at all. From Vancouver, titles such as Gates of Olympus Super Scatter and Money Time loaded normally.

The lobby is split into tabs: All Games, Slots, Live Casino, Hot RTP, Top Games, New, Bonus Wagering, and Fast Games. Like at any other casino we tested, Boho also has a search bar and a provider dropdown. RTP and volatility details are not visible in the lobby.

Boho Casino Slot Machines, Jackpot Slots, and Instant Games

When we checked from Toronto, the Top Games row included Gold Rush with Johnny Cash, Sunny Coin 10000: Hold The Spin, THE VIP, Lucky Foxilian Hold And Win, Hunt the Bucks, and Wild Cash x9990. The Bonus Buy tab carries Chicken Fire, Sky of Olympus, Digger’s Fortune, and Snoop Dogg Dollars. Jackpot fans get Book of Hidden Tombs, Dream Diamonds, and Jackpot Pagoda. The Fast Games tab gathers instant games such as InOut’s Chicken Road 2.0, BGaming’s Aviamasters, Hazzo’s Crazy Chicken, and several versions of Plinko.

• We particularly liked Elvis Frog in Vegas by BGaming. Its RTP is 96%, volatility is medium, and the max win is 2,500x. This slot uses a 5x3 grid. Features include free spins, in which the middle reels merge into one giant 3x3 symbol. Additionally, there are three fixed jackpots in this slot: Mini (30x), Major (100x) and Mega (1,000x).

Boho Casino Live Casino, Table, and Card Games

From Toronto, the live section showed the following providers: Winfinity, LuckyStreak, Live Vegas, Plati+, Absolute Live Gaming, and BetGames. Players outside Ontario also get Pragmatic Play Live.

Blackjack has the most tables, led by Winfinity’s Luxe, Royal, Golden and Monaco series, plus LuckyStreak’s Blackjack VIP and Blackjack Prestige. Roulette includes Live Roulette European and French from Plati+, Roulette 360 and American Roulette from Absolute Live Gaming, and LuckyStreak’s Oracle 360. Baccarat fans get Winfinity’s Tao Yuan and Shangrila tables. Game shows and other formats include BetGames’ Wheel of Fortune, Dice Duel, and War of Bets, plus Winfinity’s Andar Bahar 5000x, Sic Bo and XBall.

• We particularly liked Sky Jumper by Winfinity. This title combines a crash game with a live host. A plane takes off and the multiplier rises from 1.00x. You decide when to cash out. If you manage to cash out before the plane flies away, your bet is multiplied by the multiplier shown at the moment when you hit the cashout button. Bets run from $0.20 to $150, and you can place two bets per round. Multipliers go up to 10,000x.

Boho Casino Payment Methods and Payout Speeds

Interac leads Boho’s Canadian cashier and works for both deposits and withdrawals. The choice is narrower than in other markets and does not include e-wallets apart from Apple Pay.

How to Deposit

• Local banking: Interac e-Transfer
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
• E-wallets: Apple Pay
• Crypto: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Tether (USDT), Ripple (XRP), USD Coin (USDC), TRON (TRX)

The cashier shows a $30 minimum on every fiat method, while the terms mention $20. When we asked, support only pointed us back to the cashier. Deposits are instant and carry no fees.

Withdrawal Duration, Limits, Verification and KYC

• Local banking: Interac e-Transfer, bank transfer
• Crypto: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Tether (USDT), Ripple (XRP), USD Coin (USDC), TRON (TRX)

The minimum withdrawal is $75, which matches the Interac minimum in the cashier. That’s more than double the $30 at CrocoSlots and Rollero. The crypto option shows a $30 minimum in the cashier, which conflicts with the terms.

The monthly withdrawal limit is $30,000. The daily limit is $7,500, and the weekly limit is $15,000.

The cashier shows “0-1 hour” for all methods visible. T&Cs state up to 48 hours of processing and up to 5 business days for transfers. Support told us that withdrawals are processed 24/7, and that weekend delays usually come from the bank or payment provider.

Boho casino requires all players to wager every deposit at least 3 times before the withdrawal. Accounts with no activity for six months are classed as dormant and can be charged a monthly fee of at least €25 (or equivalent).

• Expert Tip: Verify your phone number in your profile and upload your ID, proof of address and confirmation of payment method ownership right after registering. This will help you avoid withdrawal delays.

Boho Casino Website Design, Usability, and Mobile Use

The desktop version of Boho’s website is bright and easy to navigate, with all the main sections in the top bar. We also checked the site from an iPhone in Safari – navigation on mobile runs through a fixed bottom bar with Promotions, Search, Support, and the menu, which holds all sections from the desktop site. We did not notice any issues when testing on mobile. Boho casino does not have a native app. The Download App button opens instructions for adding the site to your home screen.

Boho Casino Customer Support

To contact Boho’s support, you can use two routes: a 24/7 live chat and email at [email protected], plus [email protected] for VIPs. We tested the live chat, which opened with a bot called BohoBuddy.

From our Toronto account, we asked: “Can I deposit and withdraw with Interac, and do Interac deposits qualify for bonuses? Is the minimum deposit 20 or 30 CAD? What are the daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits? Are withdrawals processed on weekends? Do you accept players from all provinces, including Ontario? Which licence applies to my account? And is support available in French?”

Agent Xavier joined within a minute and answered about ten minutes later: “All deposit methods qualify for bonuses. Withdrawal limits: Daily CAD 7500, weekly CAD 15000, monthly CAD 30000. From our side, withdrawals are processed 24/7, no breaks… Yes, we provide support in French.” For the minimum deposit and the licence, he sent us to the profile and the homepage footer. The Ontario question remained unanswered.

In earlier tests from other markets, the BohoBuddy chatbot gave wrong answers twice before a human took over.

Comparison of Boho Casino with Other Online Casinos

Here’s how Boho Casino compares with CrocoSlots and Rollero, two casinos that also accept Canadian players. CrocoSlots excludes Ontario and New Brunswick, so it’s only an alternative for players in other provinces.

All three casinos have the same minimum deposits and the same monthly payout limits. Boho Casino and Rollero have the same wagering requirement on the welcome package. CrocoSlots has a bigger welcome bonus with slightly higher wagering. Boho’s main drawback is its minimum withdrawal sum: both comparators let you cash out from $30, while Boho asks for at least $75.

Our Opinion of Boho Casino

The parts we liked most about Boho casino are Interac availability for both deposits and withdrawals, a packed calendar of tournaments, and daily VIP cashback that becomes valuable from higher tiers.

The weaknesses are also real: the $9,750 welcome headline shrinks to $3,027 on the standard path, and the $75 minimum withdrawal is higher than those at comparable online casinos. Boho is an offshore, Anjouan-licensed site with no self-service limits, and for Ontario it brings a smaller lobby and an unconfirmed eligibility answer from support.

Boho casino is best for regular slot players outside Ontario who bank with Interac, chase tournaments, and will reach the cashback tiers. Skip it if you want a provincially regulated casino, self-service gambling limits or withdraw small amounts.
