Vegas Now Casino Canada Review

Vegas Now Casino went live in 2024 under a Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) licence issued to Just Entertainment B.V. The site accepts players from Canada who can claim a 4-part 325% welcome bonus up to C$8,000 + 500 FS. There’s also a VIP bonus worth up to C$12,500 + 300 FS, and a wager-free sports betting welcome bonus worth 100% up to C$100. Vegas Now also offers a busy schedule of regular bonuses, including free spins, deposit matches, cashback, live casino, sports offers, prize drops and leaderboard promotions.

Vegas Now Casino - Our Quick Verdict

• Best For: Canadian players who want to bet on and claim bonuses for online slots, live casino and sports under one roof.
• Skip If: you need a monthly withdrawal above C$42,000, prefer MGA- or Ontario-regulated sites if you bet using Canadian dollars, or you can't meet a 3x deposit turnover on casino bets.
• Biggest Weakness: The VIP bonus is restricted to the same C$8 max bet and 7-day expiry as the standard welcome bonus. Combined with 40x wagering, a C$6,000 bonus balance would require high rollers to play for hours to convert the bonus into real money.

Licence and Regulation

You can confirm the licence in the footer by clicking on the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) logo in the casino’s footer. At the time of this review, the information provided confirmed that Just Entertainment B.V. operates vegasnow.com under licence number No. OGL/2024/164/0246. Furthermore, the operator is also listed on the ‘Online Gaming License Registry’ as holding a B2C licence issued with an ‘indefinite’ status.

The T&Cs do not list any Canadian provinces or territories on the restricted list. However, one section states that members must be 18 or older to join. Another rule states that you must comply with applicable laws and regulations in your local jurisdiction. That means players outside Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec must be 19 or older.

Security and Player Protection

Under this Curaçao licensing authority, you have access to third-party complaint mediation services in case you and the casino cannot agree in a dispute. For security, Vegas Now uses SSL/TLS to encrypt all connections from your device to the casino website. For added security, the site also has a verification section under your user account, where you can upload KYC documents. For responsible gambling, the casino only offers self-exclusion by contacting the support team.

Overview

Overview of Available Bonuses at Vegas Now Casino

Whether you're looking to get started with a welcome bonus or play regularly with bonuses for slots, blackjack, roulette, live game shows or sports betting, there's an offer for just about every game type available at Vegas Now Casino. Plus, you can claim these offers with Canadian Dollar deposits or crypto.

The site also caters to high rollers, although the maximum bonus bet and short expiry make claiming the full C$6,000 pointless unless you have hours to play through the wagering requirement.

Step-by-step Registration & Bonus Activation Guide

1. Choose the ‘Join Now’ option to register and enter your email and password
2. Select Canada for the country and CAD or a crypto for currency
3. Enter your DOB and Canadian telephone number with the +1 international dialling code, and then accept the T&Cs, which also confirm you are 18+
4. Select ‘Sign Up,’ and you’ll be automatically logged in
5. At the cashier, choose the bonus you want to claim
6. Choose your payment method, deposit, and your bonus will be available

• 💡Expert Tip: When registering a new account, enter accurate details. This matters because the information must match the identification documents you use to verify your account through the Vegas Now KYC process.

Standard Vegas Now Casino Welcome Bonus - 325% up to C$8,000 + 500 FS

This welcome is ideal for online slots, roulette, blackjack, or game shows. 100% of bets on most online slots count towards the wagering requirement, while the rate is 25% for roulette and 10% for blackjack and game shows.

• First Deposit: 150% deposit match up to C$1,500 + 200 Free Spins (No Bonus Code)

• Second Deposit: 100% deposit match up to C$2,000 + 50 Free Spins (Bonus Code: VEGAS2)

• Third Deposit: 50% deposit match up to C$2,000 + 50 Free Spins (Bonus Code: VEGAS3)

• Fourth Deposit: 25% deposit match up to C$2,500 + 200 Free Spins (Bonus Code: VEGAS4)

Claiming stage one of this offer is a case of opting in when you make your first deposit, but you also have the option to select ‘no bonus’. For the second, third, and fourth deposits, you’ll need to use a bonus code when you deposit.

Wagering requirements

• 🤔 Quick Summary: The main advantage of this offer is that the 40x wagering requirement applies only to the bonus, which is a competitive rate for a Canadian online casino. You can also play through the wagering requirement on slots, roulette, blackjack or game shows; however, the full amount of your bet may not count towards the bonus rollover. For example, if you bet C$1.00 on blackjack or game shows, only C$0.10 contributes to the rollover, whereas roulette bets will contribute C$0.25, and most slots will contribute the full C$1.00.

VIP First Deposit Bonus - 375% deposit match up to C$12,500 + 300 FS + 60 Day VIP Trial

The high roller bonus can be used as a first deposit, and you can still claim the second, third and fourth deposits outlined in the standard welcome bonus. Therefore, you can claim a 375% deposit match up to C$12,500 + 300 free spins.

• First Deposit: Deposit C$500 for a 200% deposit match up to C$6,000 + 60 day VIP Trial

We didn’t claim this offer; however, it’s simple enough to opt in at the cashier by changing the default standard welcome offer to the VIP bonus.

Wagering requirements

• 🤔 Quick Summary: We’re not a fan of this bonus offer for one simple reason. If you claim the full C$6,000 offer, you’ll need to play through C$240,000 within 7 days, restricted by a maximum bet of C$8.00. Mathematically, it doesn’t make sense as you’d need to place 30,000 bets.

Sports Betting Welcome Bonus - 100% deposit match up to C$100 in Free Bets

Instead of claiming the casino’s first deposit offer, you can swap to the sports betting welcome bonus at the cashier.

• First Deposit: 100% deposit match up to C$100 (No Bonus Code)

The minimum deposit is C$30. You then need to place a bet at odds of 2.0+ equal to your deposit. You’ll then receive a 100% match in free bets, which are divided into three tiers.

• One C$50 free bet usable on any sport
• One C$25 free bet for in-play betting only
• One C$25 free bet for accumulators of three or more selections

Wagering requirements

• 🤔 Quick Summary: Spreading the free bet across three bet types gives you a chance to test the various betting markets available in the Vegas Now sportsbook. The best part is, if you’re already a sports betting fan, you’re essentially getting the chance to win a cash balance with no bonus rollover for a bet you’d place anyway had you signed up and made a deposit.

Regular Bonuses at Vegas Now Casino for Existing Members - Free Spins, Deposit Matches, Cashback, Live Dealer Bonuses

Vegas Now Casino splits its regular bonus schedule into ‘Available Today’, ‘Slots’, ‘Live’, ‘Sports’, ‘Prize Drops’ and ‘Diamond Club '. There’s a well-rounded selection of bonuses available to budget players or high rollers looking for free spins, free bets, cashback or software provider promotions that pay out prizes with 0x wagering.

Regular Casino & Slot Promotions

The regular casino and slot promotions give online slots players the chance to land a bonus balance either via deposit match, reload-style offers, or, if you prefer, free spins. We also found that, regardless of how we earned a bonus balance using the schedule below, we could place bonus bets on blackjack, roulette and game shows.

• Penthouse Progressor: To start the week, on Mondays, you get to choose from four bonuses ranging from 25% to 100%, depending on your deposit amount. You can claim up to C$250 in total with a 40x wagering requirement. (Bonus Code: PENTHOUSE)

• Monthly Bankroll Booster: Every month, for a minimum deposit of C$30, you can claim a 100% deposit match up to C$500 with 40x wagering. (Bonus Code: 100BOOST)

• Leaderboards, Prize Drops and Tournaments: Leaderboard action from Pragmatic Play's Drops & Wins, Pragmatic missions, plus Playtech Live raffles also appear in the live casino section. Plus, prize drops from Pragmatic Play, Kalamba and Evolution on slot and live games are also available. All prizes pay 0x wagering.

Live Casino Regular Bonuses

Vegas Now live dealer bonuses cater to card game, dice, game show and roulette players. Furthermore, whether you’re looking to top up your bonus balance with reloads or cashback on your losses, the bonus schedule is flexible.

• Evolution Roulette Cashback: Every day, there’s a 15%cashback anywhere from C$50 to C$1,000 on Evolution Live Roulette losses. Wagering requirements are just 1x wagering, plus you can also earn a C$2 free bet for the Vegas Now sportsbook.

• Live-Roller Glam: Get 75% up to C$75 for live casino on Thursdays; code: 40x wagering. (Bonus code: LIVEROLLER)

• Showstopping Saturdays: Claim a 75% deposit match up to C$75 on live casino games on Saturdays for a minimum deposit of C$30. The promo comes with a 40x rollover. (Bonus Code: SATURDAY75)
• Rooftop Roulette Cashback: Every Saturday, you’ll earn a 20% cashback on any losses. The offer is worth C$10 to C$1,000 and comes with just a 5x wagering requirement.
• Sunday Split: Instead of selecting the slot bonus on Sundays, you can get a 50% deposit match up to C$500 on live tables with a C$40 minimum deposit and a wagering requirement of just 20x. (Bonus Code: LIVE500)

Sports Betting Bonuses

With slots and live dealer players fully catered for, if you are also a sports betting fan, then you have the benefit of even more bonus opportunities via the sportsbook.

• Bet on Sports Weekly: Bet C$5+ at odds 1.5+ to earn free spins, scaling from 5 (one betting day) to 100 (all seven), credited Mondays. 40x wagering.
• All Sports Weekly Cashback: A Monday free bet worth 10% of the prior week's net losses, max C$200.
• NBA & NHL Weekly ACCA: Once per week, you can place a C$20+ ACCA bet on a 3+ leg NBA/NHL accumulator at odds 2.8+ for a C$20 free bet.
• Europa League In-Play Reward: A C$20+ pre-match treble on Europa League games at odds 2.0+ earns you a C$10 in-play free bet.
• Vegas Boost: You’ll get an automatic odds boost on 4+ leg accumulators, rising from 1.04 bonus odds up to 3.50 for 40+ events.

Diamond Club Promotions

Diamond Club is Vegas Now's exclusive invite-only promo. Top-tier players can unlock dedicated tables and perks, which is something we don’t often see available on rival casinos. As a club member, you’ll also get to participate in exclusive bonuses and promotions.

• Diamond Club perks: Members get an exclusive 10% wager-free cashback on Tuesday losses at selected tables, plus on Friday, a wagerless roulette CashBoost is adding 10% to winnings, up to C$500, and Diamond Drops, a guaranteed daily C$1,000 random drop on exclusive games, with 40x wagering on prizes.
• Wheel of Luck: Thursday blackjack side promotion at The Diamond Club, with wheel spins triggered by dealer blackjacks and prizes up to C$100 cash plus a sports free bet, just 5x wagering on cash.

Vegas Now Loyalty Rewards - Earn Points for Real Money Bets

Vegas Now's loyalty programme is a seven-tier VIP ladder, running from Golden Glimmer up to Bella Vista. You’ll earn XP through real money bets. Getting to level 1 will take 600 points, or C$15,000 in accumulated bets if you play online slots, while the top level requires 5,000,000 points. These figures change for real money bets on Roulette, Blackjack, and Baccarat.

Each point redeemed depends on the casino games you play:

Points convert to cash bonuses from 200 points (C$5), with better exchange rates at higher tiers, topping out at 100,000 points for C$5,000 at Bella Vista. The downside is that bonuses all come with a 40x wagering requirement, which is high for a loyalty program in our opinion.

Slot players earn points faster, but that doesn’t mean this loyalty program leans in favour of slots because games like Blackjack and Baccarat often require higher maximum bets and come with a much lower house edge, typically 0.5%. With that said, the conversion rate is 10x that of slots.

The Game Providers and iGaming Lobbies at Vegas Now Casino

Honestly, Vegas Now's game navigation isn't the best we’ve seen, but it’s not the worst. It’s pretty basic, giving you ‘Casino’ and ‘Live Casino’ categories, with each of these listing the usual categories you’d see at most other online casinos. For example, ‘Slots’, ‘Live’, ‘Instant Win’, ‘Jackpot’, and ‘All Games’, plus there’s a ‘Provider’ drop-down menu. Given the casino’s game portfolio of well over 14,000 games from 170 software providers, we would have found filters to sort games into categories very useful.

Scrolling through so many games isn't so bad on a desktop, but on mobile, we found ourselves scrolling too much. With that said, if you read online slot reviews and you know the titles of games you want to play, then the search bar is going to become a useful tool if you become a member.

Online Slots Portfolio

Many online casinos feature Megaways or Bonus Buy slots in their main menus, but the Vegas Now slots section takes a different approach. Via the main ‘Slots’ category lobby, you can scroll down through clusters of games grouped into categories such as Burning Hot, Drops & Wins, The A-Listers, Book Games, Trendsetters and Best Of BGaming.

• Trendsetters: Power Sun, Sugar Rush, Legacy of Dead, Gates of Olympus
• Book Games: Book of Golden Sands, Book of the Dead, Book of Huli, Book of The Fallen

There’s no doubt the casino has an impressive number of slot games with RTPs ranging from 90% to 99%, but finding specific games by paylines, cluster wins, pay anywhere, Megaways or features is a matter of reading game reviews, using the search bar or trial and error by opening a slot you like the look of and simply seeing what you get.

Progressive Jackpots

There’s an impressive collection of slot games under the ‘Jackpots’ category. In fact, the number at the bottom when we opened this section said 3,649, which is huge. However, not all are progressive jackpots; many of these games offer respins or collect games with fixed jackpots. Nonetheless, we found a large selection of the iGaming industry’s best-known networked progressive jackpot slot games. Namely, Mega Moolah, WowPot!, King Millions from Game Global, Power Play and Age of the Gods from Playtech and Dream Drop from Relax Gaming, as well as Fastpot 5 by Yggdrasil.

• Age of the Gods Progressive Slots: Age of the Gods (original), Age of the Gods King of Olympus, Age of the Gods Book of Oracle, Age of the Gods Helios
• Dream Drop Progressive Slots: Alcatraz 2, Hercules Unleashed, Money Train Origins, Midnight Marauder

The few standout standalone progressive jackpot slots we found are from Yggdrasil, and popular titles like Jackpot Express, Dr Fortuno, and Holmes and the Stolen Stones.

Live Casino

It’s a little odd to find a live dealer section that doesn’t simply list games as Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat or Poker, for example. Rather, the main lobby gives you Exclusive Tables, The A-Listers, Twenty One, Red & Black, It's Showtime!, Tiger's Luck, and High Roller. It takes some getting used to, and much like when finding slots, we often found life easier using the search bar to find tables or game shows.

• Live Roulette: Speed Roulette, VIP Roulette, Cash Collect Roulette, Mega Fire Blaze Roulette
• Game Shows: Land of Ra, Wonderland Lucky Ball, Lucky Wheelionaire, Snakes & Ladders Live

There’s no doubt that the Vegas Now live casino offers a busy live dealer lobby with well over 400 tables and game shows. The software provider list includes games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Playtech, Imaginelive, ICONIC21, Religa, LuckyStreak, Plati+ Live, Live Vegas, Ezugi, Winfinity, and EGT.

Payment Options, Payout Times, Minimum Deposit and Limits

To deposit and claim the welcome bonus, visit the cashier. At Vegas Now, it’s a clearly laid-out section whether you're on desktop or mobile. All you need to do is choose your preferred payment options, and the cashier will walk you through the rest of the process, making deposits and withdrawals super easy.

You Can Use These Payment Methods

• Cards (Visa/Mastercard Credit/Debit)
• E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Jeton)
• Banking (Interac, SkrillQCO)
• Vouchers (Paysafecard, Neosurf)
• Crypto (BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH, XRP, DOGE, USDC, USDT, ADA, TRX, BNB)

The minimum deposit is C$30, which is the same regardless of the payment method you use. Deposits incur no fees and are processed instantly for Canadian dollars and most cryptocurrencies, though some cryptos, like BTC, may take 5 to 20 minutes to appear in your balance. Just note that for large deposits, you may be asked to provide proof of income or source of funds.

Vegas Now Online Casino Withdrawal Times, Limits, and Fees

• Cards (Visa/Mastercard Credit/Debit)
• E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Jeton)
• Banking (Interac, SkrillQCO)
• Crypto (BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH, XRP, DOGE, USDC, USDT, ADA, TRX, BNB)

The minimum withdrawal is C$30. However, before you withdraw, you’ll need to turn over any deposit 3x on casino bets and 1x on sports bets. There are no withdrawal fees, and the casino states that it usually processes cashout requests within a few hours, though it can take up to 72 hours depending on your withdrawal method.

For maximum withdrawals, you can cash out up to C$6,000 per day, C$12,000 per week, and C$42,000 per month.

• 💡Expert Tip: To avoid delays when requesting to cashout your winnings, make sure you pass the casino’s KYC verification process. If you don’t provide ID, proof you own the payment method used, and a utility bill with your current address, the casino cannot allow you to withdraw under Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) rules.

Website Design, Usability and Mobile Use

We tested several browsers, via mobile and desktop, including Firefox, Brave, Edge, Chrome and Safari. That meant we could view the site across a variety of screen sizes. The black hues and block-style menu made it easy to switch between the different betting verticals. The mobile menu also gives you access to your account, bonuses, VIP club and several gaming lobbies. Page load speeds were always fast, games loaded within the timeframes we’re used to, and even the live dealer games responded well regardless of the mobile OS, screen size or device.

Casino App

Vegas Now doesn't offer a mobile casino app because the site uses a widely used instant-play interface accessed through mobile web browsers. We compared the mobile version to our desktop experience, and found the same menus, navigation options, and game selection.

Experience with Customer Support at Vegas Now Online Casino

Vegas Now Casino has four support options, and they’re available in English (CA) or French (CA), depending on the version of the site you’ve visited. The fastest way to get personalized service is via 24/7 live chat via the pink bubble on every page. You can also email support, find self-help in the detailed FAQ covering accounts, payments, verification, and sports betting basics, or use the footer links.

How to Contact Vegas Now Customer Support

• (Live Chat) 24/7 real-time support whenever you need one-on-one personalized customer services
• (Email) Send emails to [email protected]
• (Complaints) Complaints must be filed with the live chat support team, email, or the complaints form
• (ADR) If the casino does not resolve an eligible complaint, you can use its designated independent ADR procedure. You can also submit regulatory concerns to the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

In our experience, Vegas Now’s support options are easy to interact with. The T&Cs and FAQs are clearly laid out, so we had no trouble navigating them, which we appreciate, as that hasn't always been the case in other casino reviews. We also tested the live chat with a bonus question, and an agent connected almost instantly, giving us an accurate answer that matched the site's published terms.

Comparing Vegas Now Casino with iGaming Competitors

We compared two online casinos available to players in Canada, each operating under different licensing frameworks. This comparison helps you decide which casino or sportsbook best suits your preferences.

SlotsGem Casino

120% up to $5,000 + 250 Free Spins

Play

4.3 / 5.0

Grizzly’s Quest Casino

100% up to $2,000 + 2,500 Loyalty Points

Play

4.1 / 5.0

Vegas Now wins on scale, offering the largest welcome bonus and a wider range of software providers, dwarfing its competitors. However, SlotsGem and Grizzly's Quest appeal to budget players with lower 35x (bonus-only) wagering requirements and lower minimum deposits, while also appealing to high rollers with higher max withdrawals.

Rounding Up Our Vegas Now Casino Experience

Vegas Now is best for players who want a busy bonus schedule across slots, live tables and sports betting, plus access to 14,000+ games from 170+ providers. It's also solid if you value crypto options or need a casino licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. If you prefer to play from Canada in French, there’s also an option to switch between Canadian English and French.

Skip it if you need a lower deposit turnover, as 3x can be steep for budget-conscious players. Also, the casino is likely not for you if you’re looking for a high roller bonus with higher maximum bonus bet limits, or you need a higher maximum monthly withdrawal above C$42,000. If you are playing from Ontario or Alberta, you may also want to skip Vegas Now if you want to play games from certain software providers, as Playtech, Evolution, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play aren't available if you sign up from either province.

If Vegas Now’s features and limitations suit your preferences, review the current bonus terms, payment options and provincial availability before deciding whether to open an account.
