Agent John replied “Salut!” within a minute and asked for our username. He then answered everything in French, including the five questions we sent in English, within about four minutes.
We asked about Interac withdrawal limits and timing, whether players from every province, including Ontario, are accepted, and what the Friday and weekend reload caps are on a dollar account. Where it falls behind is cashouts: Sweetsino allows $15,000 a month, $5,000 more than Betroom24 casino. Betroom24 casino’s best feature for Canadian players is its wager-free welcome package, claimable with a $20 Interac deposit. However, from Toronto, none of the live tables we tried would open, and Pragmatic Play is missing from the Ontario lobby altogether. The platform runs on an offshore Anjouan licence rather than an Ontario or other Canadian one, and support’s suggestion to use a VPN for blocked games didn’t inspire confidence.
