Live chat at Betroom24 Casino is available 24/7. You can also email support at [email protected] or use a contact form. In our live chat test on 31 October from a German IP, agent Betty greeted us within a minute and answered our questions in six minutes.
We put five questions in one message. We asked whether the PLC125 code for the first deposit could be combined with the later welcome stages, which withdrawal methods a euro account gets, and whether the 5x deposit turnover applies to a first withdrawal. We also asked whether daily cashback counts as an active bonus, and how to get invited to the VIP program.
