That does not make it an Ontario-regulated site, though: Crusino operates under an Anjouan licence and isn’t registered with the AGCO or listed with iGaming Ontario. Crusino’s operator is Novatrix SRL, and the casino operates under an Anjouan licence No. ALSI-202508056-FI2. Both the operator name and the licence number appear in the site footer and in the Terms & Conditions.
This is an offshore licence, not a Canadian, provincial, or First Nations one. Crusino is restricted in New Brunswick and Ontario, so players must meet the legal gambling age in their province or territory, which is 18 or 19 depending on where they live.

While the promo cards state that the wagering requirement is 35x, that’s not true. The cashier panel, bonus T&Cs, and live chat confirmed the 40x wagering requirement, applied to the bonus only. Maximising the first bonus stage at $1,000 requires $40,000 in bets, which is roughly 45 hours of playing slots at $1 within 7 days. A challenging mission for casual players.

When we asked the support about the rest, the agent answered that a VIP Manager explains everything “once you qualify.”

The minimum withdrawal amount by Interac is $30. The Canadian terms list $20, but the cashier takes priority. The Canadian terms don’t state a monthly withdrawal limit. Daily and weekly caps are $7,500 and $15,000, respectively.
The Canadian terms don’t commit to a processing time. When we asked support if Interac withdrawals are processed on weekends, the agent replied that “Interac e-Transfer operates 24/7.” That’s true of the payment network, but it does not confirm whether the casino approves withdrawals on Saturdays and Sundays.
Every deposit has to be wagered once on slots, or three times on other games, before it can be withdrawn.

Crusino Customer Support
Support runs 24/7 via live chat and [email protected]. We tested the live chat, asking whether support is available in French and whether Interac withdrawals are processed on weekends. The first agent replied within a minute, in English, confirming French support, but did not answer the second question. When we repeated it, we were transferred to another agent, Virginia. She greeted us a minute later and answered that Interac e-Transfer “operates 24/7.” However, this describes the payment network rather than the casino’s own approval hours.

Crusino’s welcome package value is the highest among the three, and it has the biggest FS amount. King Billy clears faster at 30x and publishes a $45,000 monthly limit, while Crusino’s Canadian terms don’t state a monthly figure. Drakaris is the only platform of the three that adds a sportsbook.
Our Opinion of Crusino Casino
Crusino’s generous five-stage welcome package, dense promo calendar with light-wagering lootboxes, and a loyalty program that pays at every sub-level give its users plenty to claim. We also liked the Interac cashier working in both directions. The weak spots at Crusino are the following: an offshore Anjouan licence, no complaints body in the Canadian sense, no stated monthly withdrawal limit, and limits that only support can set.
It’s a good choice for players outside Ontario’s regulated market who make regular deposits with Interac and will benefit from recurring offers. Skip this platform if you want a provincially regulated site, need self-service responsible gambling tools, or want sports betting alongside casino games.
