Q: Amigo Gaming was launched about five years ago. What was the original vision behind the brand, and have you been able to maintain it over time?
The team was formed by industry veterans with a clear goal from the start: to become the go-to provider for operators by delivering high-quality, visually distinctive slots with memorable features. I believe we have stayed true to this vision, creating games well received by both players and online casinos. Along the way we have adapted to what end players want, knowing they are our main focus.
Q: Player expectations are always rising, from game design to features and innovation. How do you keep players interested while staying true to Amigo Gaming’s vision?
For us, this is a constant motivation. We love creating new games that include player-favorite features, like our Pile Feature, but we always approach them in fresh and different ways. We experiment with visuals, concepts, and rewards, focusing on quality over quantity. By maintaining the simple and enjoyable fun that defines our brand, we ensure players stay entertained session after session.
Q: Amigo slots are known for clean visuals and strong pacing. What elements define your signature style in the iGaming world?
Our slots are defined by vibrant graphics and easy-to-understand mechanics that keep players engaged without overwhelming them. That is our signature style: delivering moments of excitement and fun while maintaining a clean, uncluttered visual experience.
Q: How does your team work together, from the first idea to the final product? Is there anything special about your teamwork?
The team at Amigo Gaming is definitely one of the key factors behind our growth. We work closely across all departments and always celebrate each other’s achievements. Our main office is in the heart of Barcelona, but we also have team members based around the world. We always find time to share ideas, give feedback, and suggest improvements. Everyone’s input is valued, which fosters creativity and helps us bring each product to its full potential.
Q: What are the three Amigo Gaming slots you're most proud of, and why?
Honestly, I’m a big fan of all our releases, but there are a few that stand out. Fruit Invaders holds a special place for the entire team because it achieved great success thanks to its striking visuals and engaging features. One of our latest titles, 3 Fortune Souls, is also a favorite of mine. It offers incredibly immersive graphics and is simply a lot of fun to play. Lastly, I’d mention Thunder and Love, another hit with stunning visuals. To be honest, there are many more I could mention!
Q: As you expand internationally, do you target specific types of players or regions, or do you aim to create games that work everywhere?
While we aim to meet the expectations of players worldwide, we always keep our main markets in mind. We know certain mechanics and styles work better in regions like Asia or LATAM, so we include those in our releases. We also add several dice games for our players in Belgium to offer a larger catalog. Our focus is on finding a balance that appeals broadly while respecting local preferences.
Q:AI is already part of the iGaming industry. Do you plan to use it in your future games or daily work?
AI is definitely something we're paying close attention to. We're exploring how it can support us through smarter game mechanics, personalized experiences, and better data analysis to improve engagement and efficiency. Whenever a tool helps us optimize our work or bring more value to our games, we’re open to using it thoughtfully.
Q:What can we expect from Amigo Gaming in the future? Are there any exciting plans or goals you can share with us?
International expansion remains a priority, along with strengthening partnerships with operators around the world. We’re working on securing new licenses and certifications, so we expect 2025 to be a year full of growth and exciting opportunities.
